Though we have only been in existence, as a company, since February, 2010; the professional and technical employees of this firm have known each other, and worked together for nearly 2 decades. As a firm, we have 140+ years of professional and technical design experience in numerous types of projects ranging from: complete hospital HVAC designs, including neo-natal and surgical suites; central, high-pressure steam and chilled water production facilities, including co-generation and load-shifting; above-and under-ground, high-pressure steam and chilled water distribution systems; and new and renovated office buildings of various types. Some of our current clients include: The United States Government Accountability Office (GAO) and The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) in Washington, D.C., and The Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS).
