David A. Kincaid may have a new company but it is the relationships and projects done over the last 35 years that highlight what Kincaid & Associates can do.
Kincaid & Associates have a core group of employees that have worked together since early 1990's including architectural firm Alan E. Adler - Architect. Alan Adler and David Kincaid were partners with three other engineering partners in The Greenwood Partnership. David Kincaid and Alan Adler both went on to start independent engineering and architectural firms. They have retained a close working relationship. Working together on a wide range of buildings: hospitals, sport stadium complexes, office buildings, daycare centers, boiler plants, industrial assembly, state correctional and other institutional facilities, and education buildings.
